Beware the BEFORE and AFTER PIC!
If results look too good to be true; extreme results, quick results, no effort required…. Listen to your spidey senses, these claims are rubbish!

The sugar craving con
Did you know Cadbury packaging is dark purple because studies have shown humans are drawn to this colour when we are feeling depressed? They are using colour psychology to kick you while you’re down and make you believe chocolate will make you feel better. Hmmm… not so sweet now is it?
Crazy 4 calorie counting
I am seeing an increasing number of diets, coaches & clients fixated on one thing…
An over-reliance on calorie counting. Restricting foods to fit within a calorie budget and counting the calories burned with increased exercise.
Healthy eating should NOT leave you hungry.
The key to weight loss and maintaining a healthy weight is NOT withstanding hunger. Being hungry IS NOT part of a healthy diet. I don’t know about you but I HATE being hungry! It makes me grumpy, sad, tired and a mega bitch. It usually leads to over eating and poorer food choices.
Holidays vs health goals…who wins?

Good nutrition Vs will power

The eat less & move more curse
Good health is not as simple as eating less and moving more.😫 That’s a race to misery no one is going to win. It’s got to be sustainable, enjoyable and work WITH the other parts of your life.
Why aren’t you healthy?
There’s literally a billion healthy recipies on the internet, why don’t you use them? The also a gazillion personal trainers out there telling you to exercise more, why don’t you do it?
