My private in home sessions are ideal for those starting their Pilates or fitness journey and may need a little more support than a group class can provide OR those playing sports looking for a tailored experience to work in with other training.
We can focus your sessions on your fitness goals, improving strength or mobility or building up confidence so you are ready to tackle a group class! It’s up to you :)
Private Pilates classes.

What you need:
A clear space to accomodate us both lying on the floor with enough room to move our arms and legs out both sides.
What I bring:
I will bring yoga mats, tunes and any other equipment needed for the session (e.g. hand weights, pilates balls, bands etc…)
Can a private include more than 1 student?
YES absolutely! Just a couple of things:
As long as there is enough space for us all to lay on the floor.
If there’s more than 3 students there’s an extra fee of $20 per student.
Bookings
I take on private students on weekdays and weeknights. Once booked we can arrange a time slot that suits.
