You don’t need another extreme plan. You don’t need more discipline. And you don’t need to feel behind.

I work with busy women who are trying hard — with food, with exercise, with life but still feel tired, confused or stuck.

Through practical nutrition coaching and supportive Pilates, I help you build energy, confidence and sustainable results that actually fit your real life.

My Background

Before becoming a certified nutrition coach and Pilates instructor, I spent over 15 years as a professional dancer.

That experience taught me:

  • how the body adapts to stress and training

  • how movement builds resilience — not just aesthetics

  • and how damaging extremes can be

Later, as life became busier and priorities shifted, I saw how unrealistic “all or nothing” health advice is for most women.

That’s what shaped how I work today.

I combine:

  • Evidence-based nutrition coaching

  • Pilates and strength-based movement

  • Behaviour change strategies

  • Real-life flexibility

Because health shouldn’t feel like a second full-time job.
