In-Person Nutrition Support

Personalised nutrition support for fat loss, peri and menopause, energy and brain fog, sports nutrition, and implementing medically prescribed diets — with practical advice that fits real life.

If you feel like you’re trying to eat well but still feel tired, stuck, confused or inconsistent,

you’re not alone.

A lot of the women I work with are juggling work, kids, the mental load of family life, exercise, and a body that feels like it’s changed.

They don’t need more conflicting advice. They need clear, realistic support that makes sense for their goals, their body and their life.

I offer in-person nutrition consultations in Panton Hill for women who want personalised support with:

  • Fat loss

  • Peri and menopause nutrition support

  • Energy and brain fog

  • Sports nutrition

  • Implementing medically prescribed diets

These sessions are designed to help you understand what your body needs, what’s getting in the way, and how to make sustainable changes without extremes.

What I Help With…

Fat Loss Support

If you feel like you’re trying hard but not seeing results, fat loss can start to feel frustrating and confusing.

We work on:

  • realistic meal structure

  • portion guidance

  • hunger and cravings

  • consistency without restriction

  • sustainable fat loss that fits real life

This is not about strict meal plans, perfection, or cutting out everything you enjoy.
It’s about creating an approach you can actually maintain.

Peri & Menopause Nutrition Support

Hormonal changes can affect so much more than just your cycle.

You may notice:

  • weight gain or body composition changes

  • increased hunger

  • poor sleep

  • low mood

  • hot flushes

  • reduced energy

  • brain fog

Nutrition can play a big role in helping you feel more stable, more energised and more supported through this stage of life.

We focus on practical changes that support your hormones, your energy, and your everyday life.

Energy & Brain Fog

If you constantly feel flat, foggy or like your brain is running through mud, your nutrition may be part of the picture.

This can show up as:

  • afternoon energy crashes

  • poor concentration

  • feeling tired despite “eating healthy”

  • relying on coffee to get through the day

  • feeling mentally scattered or depleted

We look at how your meals, routine and daily habits may be affecting your energy, and make simple adjustments that help you feel clearer and more steady.

Sports Nutrition

If you’re active, training regularly, or working toward performance goals, your nutrition should support the effort you’re already putting in.

Sports nutrition support can help with:

  • fuelling for training

  • recovery

  • muscle support

  • performance

  • energy availability

  • confidence around what and how much to eat

This is ideal for women who are already exercising and want their nutrition to actually support the work they’re doing.

Implementing Diets for Medical Purposes

If you’ve been advised by your doctor or specialist to follow a specific dietary approach, I can support you with the practical side of actually implementing it.

This may include helping you navigate:

  • how to structure meals

  • what this looks like in real life

  • staying consistent without overwhelm

  • making the diet fit around work, family and daily life

This support is focused on implementation, education and practical habit change. It does not replace medical care, diagnosis, or dietetic treatment where required, and I may refer on if a dietitian or another health professional is more appropriate for your needs.

What A Session Looks Like…

These sessions are not about handing you a rigid plan and sending you on your way.

They’re about helping you understand:

  • what’s actually going on

  • what your body needs

  • where things are breaking down

  • what will realistically help

In your first session, we’ll usually cover:

  • your current eating habits

  • your routine and lifestyle

  • your goals and frustrations

  • your energy, hunger & consistency

  • a realistic plan for what to focus on

You’ll leave with clear next steps — not more confusion.

Who This Is For

This is for you if:

  • you feel like you’ve lost your rhythm with food

  • you’re tired of guessing what your body needs

  • you want realistic support, not pressure

  • you’re busy and need something practical

  • you want support that looks at the whole picture

You do not need to be “perfect” or “ready” to start.

You just need to be open to support.

Session Options

Initial Consultation

60 minutes — $140

A full first session to understand your goals, challenges, current habits and what support will help most.

Follow-Up Consultation

30 minutes — $90

Most women come back every 2–3 weeks for support, accountability & adjustments as things unfold in real life.

Why Follow-Ups Matter

The first session gives you clarity. The follow-ups are where things start to stick.

They give you space to:

  • troubleshoot what came up

  • adjust the plan

  • build consistency

  • keep moving forward without starting over

That’s why most clients get the best results when they have ongoing support rather than trying to figure the rest out alone.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these sessions in person?
Yes — these consultations are offered in person in Panton Hill.

Do you offer online sessions too?
Yes — if an online appointment suits you better, get in touch and we can discuss options.

Do I need to track calories or macros?
No. Tracking may be used if helpful, but it is not a requirement. The focus is on practical, sustainable support.

How often should I book follow-ups?
Most women come back every 2–3 weeks, depending on their goals and how much support they want.

Is this covered by Medicare or private health?
As a nutritionist, these consultations are not rebated like dietetic services. If your needs require a dietitian or another practitioner, I’ll always be honest about that.

Can you help with medical conditions?
I can support the practical implementation of medically prescribed diets and general nutrition support. I do not replace medical care or dietetic treatment where those are required.
