The āweekā starts on a Monday, unlimited pass must be purchased at or before your first class of the week (online or cash accepted). Classes are subject to cancellation, a credit for a replacement class after the 1 week period will be issued.

Class types
Mat Pilates
Duration: 45 minutes
Equipment needed: Mat (other equipment provided), water bottle
Intensity: 2-3/5
Level:All levels welcome
Description:
Focussing on building strength, balance, mobility & confidence. This class is lower in intensity than the HIIT/cardio class, it has NO IMPACT and is suitable for all levels. Modifications are provided for those looking to push themselves or for those who need extra support or have an existing injury that needs to be worked around.
Very Social Boxing
Duration: 45 minutes
Equipment needed: Runners, water bottle

This class is very very social and a heap of fun. It includes: BOXING DRILLS, CORE & STRENGTH, ENDURANCE (or aerobic fitness).
Itās a circuit class meaning there are different stations containing different exercises at each one. You and your partner (you donāt have to bring one) will have 45 seconds to complete the exercise(s) before moving onto the next station.
The idea is to inspire a lit bit of healthy competition between you and your partner by egging each other on. We definitely donāt take ourselves seriously, no experience needed!
Equipment supplied.
*Bring your kiddos! They are welcome to join in FOR FREE or play their own way while we get a workout in.
Pilates cardio*

Intensity: 4-5/5
Level: All levels welcome
Description:
Focussing on getting your heart rate up a little to increase endurance & improve cardiovascular health. This class has different rounds of intense movements followed by a rest interval. E.g. 30 seconds on - 10 seconds off (This will vary between classes).
HIIT/Cardio class is higher in intensity than my Pilates for strength class, all exercises can be modified to a lower intensity & to accomodate no impact if needed & is therefore is also suitable for all levels & ages.
Family friendly Pilates

This class is suitable for you to bring your kiddos / babies along to. They can join in or play freely in the space. The door are secured to keep them safe and their noises & silliness is welcomed!
This class is available to anyone who would like to join but please be aware there may be a little more chaos than a regular class!
Pilates PLUS

Description:
These classes consist of the same Pilates exercises as my Strength Pilates class but there are fewer and we repeat them to fatigue the muscle more and build strength faster. Yes you may be a little sore after this style of Pilatesā¦well, more than usual!
All exercises have modifications to allow students at all levels to participate and get the most out of class.

A community space
I have intentionally chosen our community hall as the location. My goal is for these classes to be available for our whole community & surrounds regardless of fitness level/skill. Where we can enjoy improving our health & have a laugh together while we do it.
No matching lycra needed. No judgment, just encouragement (& Iām sure a few coffees afterward too!)
