Food is essential so it shouldnāt be shrouded in guilt and shame, it should always be delicious and satisfying.
My nutrition coaching addresses 2 main areas:
Education
Letās take the guess work out of what healthy eating looks like. Learning how to plan it, cook it and what portion sizes and marcos are right for your gender, age, activity levels and goals can give you the confidence to keeping going & to trust youāre on the right track.
Habits
Letās identify your habits around food. When and why are they unhelpful and what is preventing you from achieving your goals. Inspiring change from within and goal setting to get you there means you are equipped to be your own cheerleader and keep your goals in focus.

A: Meal plans seem a lot like me telling you what to eat (a.k.a a restrictive diet) Instead, youāll learn how to create your own meal plans based on you and your familyās tastes. BUT thereās plenty of my favourite recipes in the course!
