If results look too good to be true; extreme results, quick results, no effort required…. Listen to your spidey senses, these claims are rubbish!
During my journey building my business ‘H for Health’ I have been speaking to some marketing “gurus”. They all say the same thing, I need to create an irresistible offer, something so amazing that clients will have to click ‘buy now’…
Yeah, I have trouble with this as these offers don’t exist. These businesses don’t have your health in mind and if you were to lose weight as quickly as they claim you’ll be stacking it back on just as quickly as it’s likely to be just water from cutting out all carbohydrates and it’s DEFINITELY NOT sustainable so you have to buy their product/offer again and again.
So what’s the answer?
Instead, let’s aim for sustainable fat-loss results. Sure its not as sexy to sell, it doesn’t come with extreme client transformation shots. But it will last you the rest of your life and you won’t need to keep wasting effort and money on it over and over again.
If you’re looking for fat-loss, absolutely! Great! If done sustainably at a rate your body can adapt to you will likely also end up with better sleep, more energy, improved mood & more.
Let’s do it together, the sustainable way, let’s do it once in a way that you can stick to it for life.

Through education of the technical stuff like:
• Energy balance
• Macronutrient requirements
• How to cook TASTY balanced meals
• Caloric content of foods
But more importantly…
Education on yourself:
• What unhelpful eating behaviours do you display?
• Why do you want to achieve your health goals? Why are they important to you?
• What barriers are in place that stop you achieving your goals?
• Awareness of your habits & how they affect your health.
• Mental health, emotions & triggers.
• Lapses, life & how to pick yourself up & keep going.
• How to set achievable goals.
Health is the whole picture of a person where all the components work together. It’s not as simple as sticking someone on a low calorie diet. But, it doesn’t have to be complicated. Let’s sort out the fact from the fiction and achieve it for good!
