I don’t have time.

I don't have time. Nutrition advice for busy women.

This is the number one excuseI hear from clients / potential clients and it’s 100% valid.

Our task lists are increasing by the day and so many of the items are fighting for priority; work, kids school, kids sports, kids social lives (i know right), a messy house, dinner, groceries, appointments, downtime, self care, sleep…..zzz

But literally anything is better than nothing.
Can you try one of the below ideas this week?

Add lettuce to your sandwich.

Go for a 10 minute walkat lunchtime or before/after work.

Go to bed 15 minutes earlier.

Drink 1 glass of water when you wake up.
Before coffee if possible.

Instead of suffering the overwhelm of tackling the
whole problem & giving into that “all or nothing” thinking...

Aim to make 1 small improvement. Just 1. Try it. I DARE YOU!
This is how habits are formed, one tiny (minuscule) step forward at a time. The smaller it is, the more likely you are to achieve it & from there you can build… slowly.

While prioritising your health may just seem too far down the list try to remember that better health can help you perform all your other tasks better and more efficiently. Improving your health isn’t another priority to juggle, its a way to support your busy lifestyle.

If you’d like to find out more about how I can help you improve your health without needing extra time to do so, BOOK A CALL with me to find out if my coaching philosophy is a good fit for you. I’d LOVE TO HELP :)
