Why aren’t you healthy?
I’ve got a couple of questions for you…
There’s literally a billion healthy recipies on the internet, why don’t you use them? The also a gazillion personal trainers out there telling you to exercise more, why don’t you do it?
This can often be why challenges, bootcamps and meal planning services don’t work long term. Sure I can starve myself for 8 weeks for a great “after” pic or do all the classes so I win a prize for doing the most or eating healthy when the meal plans are done for me.
As soon as the motivators are gone those new habits tend to go too and the old ones creep back in.
But…
You CAN find your “why”.
🥗 Why aren’t you eating healthy? You know its good for you?
💪🏼 Why aren’t you exercising? You know it’s good for you. But why don’t we do it?
You can discover and remove the barriers to success, find an internal motivator that helps you prioritise your health and your life.
