This method of payment can help you stay accountable to your goals and helps “motivate” you past the urge to stay on the couch instead of getting to class! WEEKLY CLASS

One class in person per week.

Save $7 per class when you subscribe.

Access to my online platform with my on-demand Pilates classes & recipe library of tasty, flexible & nutrient balanced meals.
