The eat less & move more curse
Good health is not as simple as eating less and moving more.
š« Thatās a race to misery no one is going to win. Itās got to be sustainable, enjoyable and work WITH the other parts of your life.
In fact (a scientific one at that), dramatically reducing your calorie intake AND drastically increasing your exercise volume will increase your hunger sooooo bad you will be trying to chew on your own arm. (which will defs be too many calories for your diet) You will basically have a 0.001% chance of sticking to your restrictive calorie budget, youāll hold on for as long as you can until you throw in the towel so spectacularly and gorg on fried foods until you weigh more than when you started. (great)
š¤Let this marinate for a secā¦(excuse the punā¦.mmm marinade)š
A sustainable lifestyle should include the following:
āMORE foods that nourish our body and help prevent disease.
š„°FEEL GOOD activity that leaves you energised, full of endorphins and builds strength.
āļøPRIORITISING your health and wellbeing as if you are someone you are caring for (psst because you are!)
š«LESS guilt and shame around food.
āļøYour favourite treats
If youāve found a new diet that promises all the results, like yesterday but has a whole bunch of rules and restrictionsā¦ please scroll on by (then call me and we ca do it rightā¦and once)
Peace out,
H xx
