Q: Where is the course?
A: Online! Anywhere you are! The timezone is Melbourne, Australia.
Q: How long does it go for?
A: It’s 10 weeks long, 1 hour per week.
Q: How is it for?
A: If you have been struggling with your weight or you KNOW what you eat really isn’t supporting your health, this course is for you! It will help you prioritise your health and make conscious decisions around what you eat and why. This course will help you end those comfort eating habits and help you NEVER have to diet again (amen to that!)
Q: Do have to go to the gym?
A: Not if you don’t want to, the course includes FREE online Pilates but it’s an added bonus, results don’t require you to increase your exercise at all.
