✅ I believe health and well-being are the same thing. You simply can’t sustainably have one without the other. My aim is to tackle BOTH together as a united front to achieve BALANCE in your life that supports physical and mental health.
✅ I believe fat-loss can be achieved WITHOUT obsessive calorie counting, restrictive dieting, extreme workouts, constant weigh-ins or missing out on celebrations, chocolate or wine (exactly).
✅ I believe in freedom from worrying about the “damage” certain foods will do to your “weight” and the need to use exercise as punishment for over-indulging.
❌ I DON’T believe in promising unrealistic outcomes or causing eating problems for quick weight-loss results.

Movement is an integral part of our physical AND mental health.
I believe obsessing over food, calories and the perfect “hack” desserts isn’t going to get you to your goals. But choosing to improve ALL areas of your health will. The balance between fuelling and moving your body well can make your health journey a lot more effective.
That’s why all of my coaching clients receive access to online Pilates with me included as part of my services.
No equipment or gym needed, just functional 10-50 minute sessions that you can do whenever you like.
I chose to become a Pilates instructor because of the huge impact it has on the strength, mobility and longevity of the human body. It helps prevent injury and helps maintain the health of your muscles without impact.
Every skill, age and mobility level can reap the benefits of Pilates and you can improve at your own pace. Pilates helps you build the physical tools needed to enjoy any other sport or activity.

I don’t believe in offering meal plans as to me it’s a way of holding onto you as a client forever (which would be good for business though). I want you to take your favourite recipes and give them a tweak to work better for your health goals.
