What are Food Chats?
Food Chats is a relaxed, community-style online nutrition education series designed for real women living real lives.
Instead of rigid plans or “one-size-fits-all” advice, these live sessions are guided by you — your questions, your challenges, and what you’re actually dealing with week to week when it comes to food, health and energy.
Each session includes:
❋ Small, easy-to-digest education around nutrition, movement and mindset.
❋ Practical strategies you can implement immediately.
❋ Plenty of open Q&A and deep discussion time.
❋ A supportive group environment where nothing is “too basic” or “a silly question”.
How Does It Work?
Live online group sessions
Camera optional — you can listen in quietly or jump into the discussion
Attend all 8 sessions for continuity, or drop into one or a few as needed
No pressure, no perfection required
This is a softer, more flexible alternative to one-on-one coaching — ideal if you want guidance, clarity and momentum without a heavy time or mental commitment.
