What to expect

  • CARDIO: Running,
    (no impact variations available)

  • LEGS: Squats, lunges, Deadlifts

  • CORE: Sit-ups, leg raises, mountain climbers

  • ARMS: Push-ups, Slam ball throws, Bicep curls, overhead press, tricep dips

Class content and structure will change each week but this gives you an idea of the types of things we will be doing. All exercise can be modified to suit you and your current abilities, limitations or injuries.

That’s what we’re here for. You don’t need to know the moves, keep up with anyone else or organise a babysitter.

This is for you if you’re starting out, returning after a break or simply want a welcoming place to get stronger. Come on your own or bring a friend—you’ll be part of the group from day one.

Your 28 days run from Monday 9 November.

2. Choose your classes

Start with two sessions a week and build from there. You can try different classes throughout the challenge.

3. Keep showing up

We’ll check in each week to help you notice your progress and keep your routine manageable.
