Tired all the time?
Let's work out what's actually going on.
You wake up tired.
Coffee gets you moving. You push through the morning. Then somewhere around 2 or 3pm, you could happily put your head on your desk and call it a day.
By evening, you're exhausted but somehow still responsible for dinner, kids, washing, work, life... all of it.
If this has become your normal, it's worth paying attention to.
You're not supposed to feel wrecked all the time.
Low energy can have plenty of causes, but your food and everyday habits are a really good place to start looking.
We can look at things like:
Are you actually eating enough during the day?
Are your meals keeping you full and energised?
Are you getting enough protein, carbohydrates, iron and other key nutrients?
Are long gaps between meals contributing to energy crashes and cravings?
How are sleep, stress and your stage of life affecting the bigger picture?
This isn't about giving you another list of things you "should" be doing.
It's about working out what's happening in your life and finding realistic ways to help you feel better.
Imagine having enough energy left for your own life.
Not needing three coffees to function.
Not raiding the pantry every afternoon.
Not getting to 8pm completely spent.
Just feeling more like yourself again.
Let's figure out what's getting in the way.
