Why You Feel So Bloated All the Time (And What’s Actually Causing It)
Bloating is one of those things that can quietly wear you down.
It’s not always extreme.
But it’s there often enough that you notice it.
👉 your clothes feel tighter
👉 your stomach feels uncomfortable
👉 you don’t feel like yourself
And it can feel confusing — especially if you’re already trying to eat well.
Why bloating happens (more often than you think)
There’s rarely one single cause.
It’s usually a combination of things that build up across your day or week.
1. Eating patterns are inconsistent
Long gaps between meals, then eating quickly when you’re starving…
This can affect digestion more than most people realise.
2. Eating on the go
Standing, rushing, distracted eating…
Your body doesn’t switch fully into “digest” mode.
Over time, this can lead to:

• slower digestion
• more noticeable bloating
3. Large meals after long gaps
When you haven’t eaten properly all day…
Dinner often becomes:

This is a big one for busy women.

Not perfect — just more regular.
✔ Slowing down where you can
Even a small shift here helps digestion.
✔ Meals that feel manageable
Not overly large after long gaps.
✔ Looking at your whole day
Not just blaming one food or one meal.
A different way to think about bloating
Instead of:
👉 “what food is causing this?”
Try:
👉 “what is my day actually looking like?”
Because that’s often where the answer is.
Final thought
Bloating isn’t something you just have to put up with.
But fixing it usually isn’t about restriction.
It’s about understanding patterns.
